OUR POLICY

1. General Provisions
   1.1. Data Controller – a private individual, owner of the website domain registered via GoDaddy (“Controller”).
   1.2. “User” – any natural person aged 18 or over who purchases a subscription; the site remains viewable by all visitors.
   1.3. This Policy governs the collection, processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR and Polish law.
    
2. Data Collected
   2.1. All data without exception, including:
    
   • Registration data (full name, email address, telephone number)
      
   • Technical data (IP address, access logs, session metadata)
      
   • Payment data (card details, PayPal account information)
      
   • AI-assistant correspondence logs
      

1. Purposes of Processing
   3.1. Domain registration and website hosting via GoDaddy.
   3.2. Subscription management (annual or monthly) via Stripe and/or PayPal.
   3.3. Provision of UX-design services and access to the product under subscription.
   3.4. Operation of the 24/7 AI-assistant on Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram.
   3.5. Account administration and user support.
   3.6. Service analytics and quality improvements.
    
2. Legal Bases
   4.1. User’s consent at registration and subscription purchase.
   4.2. Performance of the service agreement.
   4.3. Legitimate interests: ensuring site security and ongoing development.
    
3. Third-Party Disclosures
   5.1. Hosting and data storage – GoDaddy (including DDoS and hacker-attack protection).
   5.2. Payment processing – Stripe and/or PayPal.
   5.3. Other services (analytics, CRM) – only pseudonymized or anonymized data.
    
4. Data Retention
   6.1. Personal and technical data are retained for the duration of the active subscription.
   6.2. Data are automatically deleted upon subscription expiration.
    
5. Security Measures
   7.1. Encryption at rest and in transit on GoDaddy servers.
   7.2. DDoS and intrusion-prevention systems at host level.
   7.3. Regular backups.
    
6. User Rights
   8.1. Right of access, rectification, and deletion of personal data.
   8.2. Right to withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing lawfulness).
   8.3. Right to restrict or object to processing.
   8.4. Right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
    
7. Minors & Site Access
   9.1. The website is viewable by all visitors.
   9.2. Subscription purchase and paid services are strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over; minors may not register.
    
8. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
   10.1. A User may cancel their subscription at any time.
   10.2. Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to 50 % of the remaining subscription value (calculated as “annual fee ÷ 12 × unused months”).
   10.3. The remaining 50 % is non-refundable.
    
9. Scope of Services
   11.1. The Provider (Controller) undertakes to deliver services strictly in accordance with the paid subscription tier.
   11.2. Any additional work or feature extensions require a separate agreement and additional payment.
    
10. Liability Disclaimer
    12.1. As a private individual, the Controller shall not be liable for any refunds beyond the terms specified in section 10.
    12.2. Both parties acknowledge that subscription decisions are made on the basis of full understanding of this Policy.
    12.3. Neither party may bring litigation or involve law-enforcement authorities regarding matters covered herein.
     

• Policy Changes
  13.1. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
  13.2. New versions take effect upon publication on the website and notification to Users.
